Rapper found not guilty in case where lyrics were used as evidence. The defense team of Dan Eckhart and David Bigney got a “not guilty” verdict yesterday after a four-day trial in Duval County, Florida. Our client, Noah Williams, a.k.a. the rapper “Spinabnez” was charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm and faced a 30-year sentence.
