News Nation’s Ashleigh Banfield show with client Adam Johnson

I was on News Nation’s Ashleigh Banfield show last night with my client Adam Johnson (in photo below) and co-counsel David Bigney. While he initially faced multiple charges, including a felony, Adam ultimately pled guilty to a single misdemeanor and was sentenced to 75 days in federal custody. Before you label him as an insurrectionist or a terrorist, go to YouTube and watch his interview on Banfield and the podcasts he’s done on Tim Pool and The Daily Wire. He condemns the violence that occurred on January 6th and has taken full responsibility for his actions (trespassing). There is no doubt that there were violent and nefarious actors at the Capitol Building that day, some who may have actually intended to obstruct or overthrow our government, but Adam was not one of them.
