Dan will be a panelist speaking about “The First Sep Act and New Prison Reforms” at the Orlando Federal Courthouse next Friday. This “lunch and learn” is sponsored by the Orlando Chapter of the Federal Bar Association (FBA) and attendees will earn continued legal education credit. Dan is an at-large board member of the FBA and worked for the Federal Bureau of Prisons as a Supervisory Attorney before he became a federal prosecutor.
