Congratulations to United States Magistrate Judge Leslie R. Hoffman! I was one of five lawyers on the Merit Selection Panel that recommended her for the position. She will be a huge asset to the Orlando federal judiciary and I’m looking forward to attending her investiture.

I moderated a panel “Before You File: Creating a Support System to Aid Suspicious Activity Oversight” at ACAMS 24th International & Financial Crime Conference yesterday. There were over 2000 attendees at this year’s conference.
